Halil Uğur Ercan was born in 1996 in Aydın. He started his bachelor’s degree education in the Department of Civil Engineering at Hacettepe University in 2014. He studied at Czestochowa University of Technology, Poland as an Erasmus+ exchange student in the fall semester of the 2017-2018 academic year. In the summer of 2019, he worked as a undegraduate research assistant for three months at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna within the scope of Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility. After receiving his bachelor’s degree at Hacettepe University in 2020, he started his master’s education in the Department of Civil Engineering at Ege University to work in the field of transportation planning.
