He was born in 1978 in Tarsus. He started his undergraduate studies at Selçuk University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, and graduated in 2002. Between 2002 and 2015, he worked in private project companies as a project engineer, senior project engineer, and project manager in transportation engineering projects.

In November 2015, he joined İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, first at the Suburban and Rail Systems Department and later at the Transportation Department, serving as a specialist engineer. In 2020, he left the municipality and continued his career at a private project company as a project manager and transportation engineering group manager.

In the Fall semester of 2018, he began his master’s studies in the Department of Transportation at the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Ege University, and graduated in February 2022. His academic interests focus on transportation planning and geometric design of transportation facilities.
