He was born Tarsus in 1978. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geodesy&Photogrametry Engineering in 2002 from Selcuk University. He has been working as a Professional Engineer at İzmir Metropolitan Municipality since November 2015.

He began his Master of Science education in 2018 at Ege University, Institute of Science and Technology, which he still continues. He is interested in Transportation Planning and Geometrical Design of Transportation Structures topics.
