Sami Haktan Cangut completed his undergraduate studies in the Civil Engineering Department at Karadeniz Technical University in 2021. In 2022, he earned a master’s degree in the Transportation Engineering Division at Ege University. In 2024, he attended courses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and image processing techniques at the Cybernetics Faculty of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. He is currently continuing his master’s studies at Ege University, conducting research on traffic safety and artificial intelligence.
